Hello from Norma Glanville! I have been a licensed Professional Realtor and Property Manager for over 20 years in my 'chosen profession' starting right here in the Florida Keys. I know the Islands well both by land and by water. My husband Captain Paul Glanville a back country guide worked out of Papa Joe’s Marina for years (now retired) was major in me learning how to enjoy the waters of the back country and the Everglades!

An old saying is 'home is where the heart is' and mine would be in Islamorada residing here for almost 25 years.  It is such a pretty Island which means ‘Purple Isle ‘with only 1100 full time residents when I arrived here in 1984. (Prior incorporation) I found my way to the Florida Keys not knowing what to expect after accepting a position with the Kon Tiki Resort as on site Property Manager.  This bay front property is where I first started my Real Estate career with the encouragement of my current Broker Joy Martin. In those days when the resort was full I would hang the “Gone Fishing” sign which allowed me to go explore and enjoy the back country fishing being taught from one of my good friends Captain Hank Brown and his wife Joy. Through my husband’s partnership with them in the beginning of ‘Hook up Lure’s which is a proven success in fishing, we still remain best friends as so many others I met in what then was a tiny community.

After 2 years commuting from the West Coast to East Coast and the many changes in my life landed back in the Keys to join our company’s vacation rental department as Property Manager of the Florida Keys Rental Store. I manage vacation rentals, long term rentals along with my real estate. I call it ‘One Stop Shopping’ and I am pleased to be able to continue my professional and wait for your call!
